Composition and application of water-based light oil:

1. Main agent. The main agent of water-based light oil is a film resin, usually synthetic resin, which affects and dominates the various physical properties of the deep layer and the upper light quality of the film layer, such as gloss, adhesion, boring, etc. There are many kinds of waterborne film resin, but it is widely used at home and abroad. The properties of copolymer resin depend on the composition and synthesis process of monomer. Water-based acrylic copolymers have a series of excellent properties, such as film forming, gloss, high transparency, fast speed, wear-resisting and water resistance, etc., which are widely used in water-based light oil.

2. Auxiliaries. The auxiliary agent is to improve the physical and chemical properties and processing characteristics of waterborne light oil. The auxiliary agents often used are: curing agent, surfactant, antifoaming agent, boring agent, adhesives, wetting dispersant and additives, which are widely used in the variety of light oil. However, the dosage of various additives should not exceed 5% of the total amount, otherwise it will affect the processing compliance of glazing oil.

3. Solvent. The main function of the solvent is to disperse or dissolve the synthetic resin and various auxiliaries. The solvent of water-based light oil is mainly water, colorless, tasteless, non-toxic, widely source, and very good leveling.
