Classification of waterborne light oil:
1. Traditional water-based light oil.
The main agent of the traditional water-based light oil is dissolved in water or the polymer that is suspended in water. Its moisture content reaches 50%~70%, because the water content is too large, the light effect is not ideal, presenting a dull, slow and not easy to flow equivalence problem.
2. New water-based light oil.
In the traditional water-based light oil to participate in auxiliaries (mainly surfactants), it is a new water-based light oil. In this case, ethylene glycol or propylene glycol is used to replace 80% of the water, and its appearance is milky white. Adjust the solid content in glazing oil, can obtain high gloss, ordinary burnish, inferior luster and so on different glazing effect. New water-based light oil is fit and health, environmental protection request, its application is becoming more and more widely used in food, medicine and other products packaging, and using water-based printing quality after a biodegradable oil recovery.
3. Catalytic water-based light oil.
The catalytic water-based light oil is used in the rotary press with heating installation. It is thermosetting, and the heat will not be replasticized, so it can only be compressed by online pressure. The catalytic water-based light oil contains free formaldehyde, which is a carcinogen and harmful to human health. Therefore, from the point of view of health and environmental protection, the catalytic water-based polish oil can only be used in printed matter that is not high in sanitation and environmental protection.
